Ah Spring. It’s just around the corner and it brings me back to one of my all time favorite weddings from last year. Unfortunately I didn’t have a blog going at that point, so in order to brighten up the winter blues, here something to help us all look forward to the coming season.
The Indianapolis Propylaeum is full of natural beautiful and historical character. It’s no wonder that this once museum, is now a hot spot for afternoon tea and spring time weddings. With the charm of antique paintings and vintage velvet boudoir couches, it’s the perfect place for a romantic and tasteful wedding. Hannah and Toby chose champaign, grey, and pink which matched flawlessly with the Propylaeum’s surroundings and they were blessed with the most GORGEOUS weather.
Karen Glass, the coordinator at the Propylaeum, works tirelessly to make sure every detail is perfect, including the tall tiered cake that she iced herself. With gourmet meals and hot coffee at the ready, guests thoroughly enjoyed the wedding and ended it by dancing the afternoon away in the Propylaeum’s carriage house. It was the perfect event, and it’s the reason why engaged couples continue flock to this Indianapolis gem. You can check out the majesty of the Indianapolis Propylaeum here for yourself!
